Today, I received my annual mailout from Social Security telling me the amount I’ve paid them, disability figures, amount I’ll receive upon retirement, etc.Is sad that they toy w/ people my age like this.  What are the odds that I’ll ever receive a dime from Social Security?It does make me laugh to look back & see how much (more appropriately little) I earned during my high school, college and early adult years.  I’ve saved our monthly budgets from the 1st few months of marriage.  I pull them out every once in a while as a reminder that God always provides what we need.  Plus, its good for a laugh at the thought that if we ended the month with more than $10 bucks in the account we were doing really good.
